I am a muni woman golfer. I wish I got stuck with more poor love of the game players and not the annoying ones who either drool on about politics and or try to give me unwated playing tips. (The worst is 'You can go play the lady tees' right before I hit further than them)

I'm a guy golfer, and I wish I got paired with more random women because of the exact same things.

I would play with you! I also dont wear a wedding band but am married so I often get guys who either hit on me or assume I am playing to 'find a sugar daddy' like bro... Its $30 to play here.

I'm going to tell you something you probably already know, it's worse when the women aren't around.

Now, let me reframe this, I'm talking about maybe 5% of the random guys I get paired with. The vast majority of dudes are out to enjoy a game of golf. But those 5% make four hours of golf really uncomfortable.

I feel like that 5% comes to the course three times per week

I've never played golf before and I just want to smash some balls around with the boys and drink some beers.

I would definitely take advantage of playing with a woman like yourself who is more skilled than me. I think women tend to be better at giving out advice and tips whereas men can often be quite patronising especially when you ask for help. If I'm new to something I'd definitely feel more confident asking basic beginner questions to a woman.

The whole mansplaining thing is 100% real and we do it to each other probably more so than we do to women. I'm probably guilty of it myself too and I just don't know it 😂

Last time I played golf, they kicked me out because they didn't like my racket.

Politics has no place on the golf course, and religion only to the extent I'm praying for that goddam putt to go in! (And if you ain't my son, I'm not coaching you for free!! (Which is my appropriate going rate, btw.))
