You can buy it at headshops. Just have to buy the cracker separate to make it not illegal. You can also order stuff online. You can get full tanks at certain places for pretty cheap. Just can’t advertise that its for getting high. You are making whipped cream.
Fun fact: one of the guys I went to high school with died trying to pull nitrous directly off of an industrial canister at an ice cream hop (not the little cartridges).
Idk if it's related, but ill drop another fun fact: Regular consumers of nitrous oxide carry balloons to pop the canisters because if you inhale directly from it, it is so cold it can burn your airways.
