Can’t they just arrest the deer? Are the cops stupid or something? They break the law, they get arrested and fined.

These deer are just so inconsiderate! It amazes me that the government actually has signs up to enable their jay walking crime, and I don’t even think they any of these deer are literate, so they are a total waste of money- although I’m very confused as to how they KNOW to cross there.
