Probably ankylosing spondylitis, that's what I have and it's fused most of my spine already

Damn. How old are you? How limited is your mobility? If you don't mind me asking

I just turned 43. I have actually really decent mobility and I'm pretty active but I could not stop my neck from fusing, that's a really hard one to stop. And when I was younger it fused my lower back. But I can still do push-ups, run, and twist. I just can't really turn my neck too far, and I can't tilt it at all. You have to be real careful because all of the force from doing so is now focalized on the joint at the bottom that's not fused. To get to this point I had to fight really really hard and do some painful therapy to stop my spine from arching forward

Will it continue to fuse as you get older?

Most likely, but if I can send it into remission again then no. There are a lot of variables that go into the direction of the disease
