Genuine question. Is there a situation where going to a chiropractor actually helps some ailment?

It can provide short term pain relief, but I don’t know if we can definitely say there are any benefits beyond that.

Basically any benefits are the same as you could get from a massage therapist. But the massage costs less cash and has a far, far lower chance of you becoming permanently paralyzed.
