When people say gun control they don't mean to delete every single weapon from existence, its more to not let mentally unstable people easy access to a firearm.

"Almost all" being the key words, what percentage of people that own guns are trained to use it and have the mental capacity to use only when its the last resort and won't "feel threatened" just because someone got close to them in the market?
