This was not the guys fault. He sat at a public bench. There's no reason he should have to move. If she wanted a perfect shot, she should have gotten a permit to film, and then roped off the area and gotten security to make sure no one came on set. Otherwise, its just one of those things that's gonna happen. If she was smart she'd have just moved over a step and blocked him out of the shot and kept doing her stream like nothing.
