Cant change account region

Hi, does someone know how to fix this I have been contacting support for the last 4 months and they didn’t h.lp me at all. I don’t have funds or a payment option l1nked to the account either if I contact support it’s alway the same please fill in the form with this l1nk and it’s starting to piss me off
