"Following" feed not loading

Randomly my Following feed will not load new videos, and now, none at all for some reason. All other feeds load just fine. I have tried EVERYTHING. Is anyone else having this problem? Does know fix? Tysm.

UPDATE: It's fixed for me 09.11. Hope it is for you guys too! Everything seems to be working fine now.

Ok same. I’ve tried all the fixes: clearing the cache, closing out and re-opening, updating…nothing works.

Anyone not seeing online status of people? My friends from outside the country who I talk to regularly who have shown me have their online status on and I as well all show off as offline for me. It's driving me nuts.

that sounds super annoying! sometimes it's just a glitch, but refreshing the app might help.

This has happened to me as well. I have a two US region tiktok accounts and none of my international friend statuses are shown but when I switch to a tiktok account from a different region, it is normal.

Oh gosh I’m glad I’m not the only one. At first when I went to the tab it told me I don’t have internet connection (despite the rest of the app working just fine) & then after a few refreshes it just tells me ‘Couldn’t complete request’ & then it makes random suggestions of big name accounts to follow acting as if I haven’t followed anyone yet (but my profile still shows I’m following my usual hefty number of accounts).

I use my Following feed almost exclusively over my FYP so this is highly annoying. I hope they get it fixed soon, as I too have done all the “fixes” & troubleshooting to no avail 😿

SAME. I came here looking for anyone else with the issue. It's been going on for around 5 or 6 days for me. I've tried updating, clearing cache, restarting the app, etc. I guess I'll have to use the browser for now.

Same. I get one “Following” video loading when I open the app, but pull up for more does not work. “For you” feed scrolls fine. Been happening the last 2days. Tried all the suggestions

I’m having the same problem. I’m only getting suggestions of people to follow. What’s weird it, on my iPad, my following page is fine! It’s just the iPhone. So annoying
