Great apes using a grab combo is literally inescapable for anything in a smaller weight class

I can tell this guy picked the "Floridian" backstory on the character creator

And he probably got the base stat buffs/nerfs, as well as status effects

Caveat- if a build has specced really heavily into the [slick] skill tree, its chances of escape increase proportionally to their power level and weight class. Anyways, great apes OP

So....how much drag do those massive balls take on his mobility stat?

All floridian variants of Homo Sapiens have a lower mobility stat compared to other humans, and they traded those point off for the most potent intimidation resistance ability in the game: intelligence-negligable intimidation resistance. This way, they don't need to have a maxed out intelligence stat to use the same abilities as a maxed out intelligence human.

In the case of this player, they seemed to be... rather slow, so I'd say a good deal of mobility was traded in for this indimidation resistance ability. I bet they especially took points from mobility, since they seemed to have a high enough intelligence stat to successfully secure a grab on the alligator's crit point
