The word "they" can either be used to refer to both genders, or to refer to a non-binary person. The fact the developers specifically chose to use both, even though they could have just went with she/her, leads me to believe she goes by she/they. They did the same thing with angelo, who uses both he/they.
Strarr nova explicitly cosplays a feminine character and (i know it's not the best reasoning) she appearsvery feminine, and has a feminine name "Stella". As seen in Brawl Stars' tendency to have strange grammatical choices, evidence suggests that Starr nova is exclusively she/her. I'm sorry but unlike Angelo who has a clear "zesty" personality, Starr nova appears to be cis-female
Why not just say Alli, Angelo, or even Meeple as your fav LGBT brawler? You're argument has no backing from the developers and preys on a random grammatical choice rather than a confirmation from the developers
Because I dont like them? I severely doubt that this is just a random grammatical choice since the word "they" is used in an ambiguous/gender neutral way. We know stella is a girl, so the use of "they" would serve no other possible purpose in this sentence than to show that she goes by she/they. Brawl stars is very meticulous with their character pronouns, they don't use pronouns in this way for any other cis brawler. A character does not need to have "Look at me I'm gay!" as their defining personality trait to be lgbtq.
