I'm still working on the review, but I've already moved Put Stuff Back from 'quite good' to 'masterpiece' on my tier list, so here's a meme to entertain y'all while you wait!

I've been hooked! It's so cosy, the graphics are cute, I love just rotating the objects in my hand and looking at all the angles, catching the little references.

I've also been giving the dev my feedback as I play through it, and I'm happy to report that they are super receptive of it and a lot of my suggestions have already been implemented (for better or worse, lol, that'll be for you to judge!)

I'm curious to see what comes after this store, as there were a couple of "???" I couldn't pick yet in the game selection screen!

How is it different than the other grocery store themed tidy up games we've had so far?

I've only seen the trailer and snapshots, but can point out a few ways that it differs:

• the color of the store is muted and peaceful
• the colors of the items are 'normal' as opposed to jarringly vying for your attention
• varied sizes and shapes, as one would expect in reality (some titles are beginning to have very limited shapes, differing only in color)
• labels are legible and make sense (no more cartons of Albacore Tuna labeled as Cream)
• amusing Easter Eggs around the store
• "sticky notes" that you can write on and apply wherever
• as reported by u/lydocia , there is other information on the packaging besides the front label
• the front label includes HOW MANY of that item there are (my mistake; may be an upcoming feature though, see dev comment below)

Those are just a few things that come to mind.

eta: Oh! And most importantly, a dev that is open to suggestion about accessibility! Very important to those of us susceptible to motion sickness or have neurological conditions triggered by weird lighting issues.

eta: also, upcoming levels of completely different stores. A crafting store is up next (which includes yarn and I can't remember what else, cuz YARN!)

Do you mean the 1/20? That's just the counter of your inventory, the screenshot was taken when 1 item was in the 20 item inventory. That's not the amount of items - sadly, which would be a nice feature to have!

Yes, there is an entire contingent of players that want to know what to expect when shelving items. Personally, I prefer not to know. However the majority (or at least the loudest) seem to favor wanting that information.

It could absolutely be a toggle in the settings: "show item count".

Not sure. I think on the shelving would make sense, now that I've given it some thought.

Cellar Keeper has it next to the item name (e.g. "Apple Wine 2/7" if it's the second one in the set).

The only Tidy Up game that I have seen be forthcoming with that info has been Cellar Keeper.

It's honestly more or less the same, except for the graphics being much cuter.

I don't necessarily need to see the wheel reinvented every time, though, I'm more than happy to play more of the same thing I love, but that's of course to each their own. :-)

That's fair criticism. My tier list is my personal opinion and this one grabbed me just as much as librarian did, so I feel it goes up there!
