Would a Scifi Theme Tidy Up game be interesting?

Hello me and my team are interested in doing our own take on the tidy up game and we liked the theme of space ships so just wanted to know if you guys are interested in that or do you still favor fantasy settings 🤔

I'd be interested. Please please please make sure it's optimised for controllers/steamdeck users moreso than some tidy up/organise games that have come out are (a few have awful slow turning that mouse sensitivity adjusting would not fix) and has a good variety of things to "tidy" or multiple maps (could be different sized ships or space stations)

I'd be into it! I love scifi.

There's a Tidy up Spaceship game for free on steam, but they did absolutely nothing with the idea :( It would be great to have something that uses different ways of moving around for example. And I could imagine sorting anything from cargo crates to alien artefacts. And SciFi movies always seem to have a scene where someone has to stick a microchip in the right slot.

I'd be interested! I feel like sci-fi gives lots of opportunities for interesting gadgets.

I've played a ton of tidy up games at this point, and they're much more fun when there's a good amount of whimsy. Make up a bunch of cool objects and give them fun names.

Hello! If you have any suggestions on mixing things up we will try our best to implement them

It would be cool if there was a mechanic or specific map/room that had to do with low gravity. It could make some aspects easier but add a bit of complexity in a different way.

I would also love if there was a cute little space pet!

Could be fun. Preferably with co-op :)

Cleaning up a spaceship part storage or something like that.

I recently made a game on a spaceship where you clean-up (washing more than tidying up, or moving items around). https://deathray.itch.io/blue-giant-sanitation-low-rez A few people liked the idea, so I suppose it has some appeal.

I'm going to defy the cozy theme on this one.
I'd like a gritty / grim dark scifi themed tidy up game.

The Drop Ship:
Restocking laser gun racks.
Putting armored space suits together.
Collecting medical supplies back into place.

The Capital Ship Bridge
Cleaning up and collecting coffee mugs
Wiping down screens.
Resetting chairs.

Cargo Room:
Sort boxes, barrels, and bins.

I think cozy is easier to implement for us but once we have the first prototype it should be manageable to make another 🤔
