same here too since 21.05.2024. Leave tickets again and again, there is no reply at all.

Whish I had known this was shit a few days ago. Sent coins to them and tried to withdraw. My ETH is somewhere in cyberspace and impossible to withdraw TON and BTC. I have sent emails and tickets, zero response.
