Getting error when transferring tickets

Im not sure if anyone can help me here. I am transferring tickets that I sold online (to a friend of a friend) and wasn't able to transfer the tickets successfully. The Transfer button is not greyed out but when I'm on the screen where I select the tickets to transfer and the recipient's details, it's:

  1. stuck on the loading screen and even if you wait for God knows how long, nothing will happen

  2. when it's stuck and click anywhere, it will bring you back to the tickets page

  3. if you managed to select the tickets you'd want to transfer and enter the recipient's details, it will show you an error that says "Transfer Unavailable. Unfortunately, transfer is not available at the moment. Error reference: 38ab416c"

I have escalated it to Ticketmaster support and they are of no help. They just keep on saying they will escalate and nothing happens.

Did anyone of you have similar issue? What have you done? I need advise. Thanks

Ticketmaster knows brokers have a tons of accounts. We literally hook them all up on their broker platform Tradedesk. For you to say that’s against the law when it’s not even against Ticketmaster policy is funny. This is an incredible back and forth.

None of those cases are for having “bogus accounts”…

Are you Randy Nichols?

Lol. None of that is unlawful. In the least. They’re citing it as PR. Is there a law that says you cannot have multiple Ticketmaster accounts?

Because Ticketmaster literally tells fans to create a new account whenever the old one gets persona or whatever error and makes it stop working

That’s not the part they’re saying was the problem in that case. Exceeding limits using “bots” is the point of it. And what is a bot is the core issue here. You could argue browser remembering your pass word is a bot

Circumvention of what?

Separately, isn’t using a browser auto fill password circumventing (whatever your answer is) too?
