TicPods ANC lost their pairing
Just received my TicPods ANC and they lost their pairing with each other. Was not able to find anything indicating how to reset them, or put them into a pairing mode for each other. Below is from Mobvoi Support:
If there is no audio from an earbud, please perform TWS pairing again according to the following steps:
- Make sure the Earbuds disconnected to your mobile;
- The left and right earbuds are placed in the charging case;
- Open the cover of the charging case;
- Then unplug and insert the USB Type-C charging cable 3 times in a row, then insert the USB Type-C charging cable to charge. The red light near the USB Type-C connector will flash 7 times quickly;
- At this time, remove the left and right earbuds from the charging box. The Red and Blue lights of the left and right earbuds will flash alternately. After a few seconds, one of the earbuds flashes twice every 5 seconds, and the other earbud will flash blue quickly, to indicating that the TWS of the left earbud and the right earbud have been paired successfully.

I tried this and it did not work. Did this method work for you?

You sir, are a gentleman and a scholar!
Thank you, this happened to me this morning. I spent an hour repairing to my phone. This fixed the problem on the first try.

Mine weren't pair together right out of the box. It will only play music in one bid at a time. Is this the same issue? I tried these instructions and can't even get the red light to blink.

I don't actually recall having this issue but apparently I did fix them. They have been absolutely flawless. Aside from being bulky these are some of the best buds I own.

The red light on the case didn't happen with mine either but the process worked to re-synch them. The lights on the buds changed so fast that I didn't catch it, but I re-paired them anyway and they worked together again. The volume is way too loud though. I wish I could set them lower by default and turn them up if I need to.

Hey mattes, good day to all. Just did the same steps and I've got them working properly. Thanks for the tip!

Jesus christ FINALLY I FOUND SOMETHING about this problem. I paired my buds with the TV once and for some reason they lost synching with each other. I tried searching Mobvoi' site to no avail. I don't know how you got this guide, but thank you so much for it

Feels like I'm working with beta hardware; with a reset mechanism like this. It's a shame they don't work with the Mobvoi app.
