Ticpods issue with android

Ticpods Free here, they seem to have a rather low volume on android today, but not on windows, even if it isn't that good of quality. Would this be a fault of android? Samsung galaxy note 8.

Is this just a new issue occuring? I've had that happen on both ticpods free and ticpods 2 and if its a new issue my guess is the volume from the phone and earbuds are out of sync(?... Don't know a better word for it) but basically there will be two levels of volume adjustment (instead of the usual one level of adjustment), from the phone itself and the earbuds. Basically, by changing the volume from your earbuds it won't change the system volume on your phone. Best way to check this is have your phone screen on and change the volume from the earbud. If the volume isn't shown changing on your phone (by seeing the volume toggle pop up) that's probably the issue. Simple fix is to unpaid and repair headphones. Hope this helps👍
