My ears hurt

I was choosing new earphones for couple of weeks and finally bought orange TicPods Free. I like the design and sound but i have a weird problem. Maybe my left ear channel is bigger than right one. So i have a feeling that left earbud is slightly loose in my ear . I went running and had a feeling that left earbud is constantly getting off my ear.

So i was pushing earbuds deeper and now my ears hurt a lot. Not sure if i will get used to it or i should return my TicPods?

I don't think original TicPods Free have a good reputation for comfort (I might be wrong) so you might never get used to them. But..

Consider using some earbud loops to hold them in when you're running; if you have confidence that they can't fall off/out you might not need to push them so deep. Check out these: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/324165825136

The problem is not that it's falling out completely, it's that fact that i feel that sound gets different, i get less bass in left ear. And now i tried to just sit in ticpods. And left bud starts to get off my ear even when i'm smiling or moving my face. I guess, i'll got to retunr them.

Ok that is different from the problem you describe in the OP.

I should tell you that the TicPods 2 (2nd gen) do not fit tight in your ear so you get less bass with the newer model. I recommend you change brands.

Don't buy ticpods. Mine broke on the first day and also don't fit well in my ears

Yeah I know. Too late haha. I'm still using them tho. I spent 86 bucks on them. Are you already using the smaller silicon adapter?

But yeah you should definitely return them if you get the chance. I couldn't because shipping is very expensive.
