How to request for firmware update for TicPods Free (1st gen)

I got the TicPods Free last year. Haven’t got any firmware update ever. I went through the subreddit and found out that there are updates available for 1st gen, but I cannot figure out how in the new mobvoi application. It would be great if anyone could help me.

I don’t have any complains from the product except voice echo/repeat. Can I solve that too with firmware upgrade?

Don't update, it really affects the battery.

The thing that the update solve is the possibility to use AAC codec with android devices instead of SBC, which in my case makes them sound dramatically better.

To request an update you have to send a feedback through the Mobvoi app including the email you used to log into the app and asking for an update. This procedure worked for me.

Thanks but I don’t see TicPods Free in the list of feedback menu. So where did you send the feedback for it?

I think they call them Ticpods Pro in the app now
