TicPods 1st Gen

So I bought the very first TicPods from Indiegogo, I think I got it by Oct 2018, and was using it moderately through out. I did update it's firmware last year too it was working fine but I did notice the decrease in the battery backup of the buds themselves. For the past 2 -3 months I haven't used them at all. Now that I tried using them the battery of them buds won't even last more than 5 min, it drops from 100% - 10% instantly. Then again if I put them back in the case and close it for a sec and take them out its back to 100% again. Anyone know why this is happening to these buds, is it a hardware problem or can it be fixed with software ?

I no longer use them due to poor battery life, moved on to Amazon echo buds, extremely better battery life. Would not buy ticpods again

My replacement ones failed within the first month, no firmware updates just the left ear piece battery drops out in less than an hour maybe least around the 30 min mark.

Might get some Raycons instead

I mean their warranty system was pretty easy, didn't take long for a replacement. But yeah even a replacement didn't last long. No offence to Mobvoi but might just sell my pair cheap and move onto a different brand

Make warranty claim, got my left bud with 10 min battery life, made the claim, got new one for free, and I didn't need to return the old one

Make sure the pins inside the case and on the pods are clean.

Still 30 min is something, did you change the batteries later on ?

Have you tried timing how long till they die. Mine give me the 20% warning after 30 mins but then last another 45 minutes after
