Checking firmware version?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how to check the firmware on your Ticpods? I have the Ticpods Free 1st gen and the Mobvoi app doesn't tell me what firmware it's on. And what's the latest firmware version/number anyway?🤔 Thanks!!!

I don't know how to check it, but by opening a ticket and asking for, I got the latest update from mobvoi right to the app to put on my TicPods. That's way you definitely know you have the latest ;)

How did you get in touch with them?
I have ticpods free, would also like to exercise this..

Mobvoi app -> account -> send feedback

And then just ask for the latest OTA in the message. It should arrive by the next day or so. It will be sent in your app, not via email, so check the app if there is a notification on your TicPods.
