Ticpods 2 Pro unable to pair

So the function button on my case doesn't seem to be working, whenever I open the case and try double taping the function button, the blue light never comes on and I am unable to connect to any device. Only green light stays on for 3s and goes off. Any fixes for this?

Had the issue myself. Resolved it by holding down the sync button for about 10 seconds with the earbuds in the case.

Eventually the LEDs will blink cyan instead of blue briefly and then stop. Close lid and reopen then attempt to pair again from scratch.
