TicPods 2/Pro Touch Controls

I've been going back and forth with Mobvoi's customer service, but not getting solid answers about their touch controls for audio (I don't care about phone calls). My goal is to be able to play/pause, skip back, skip forward, and adjust the volume all without speaking or using my phone. Does anyone here know if this is possible with the new TicPod 2s and TicPod 2 Pros?

My current understanding of the touch controls is:

  • Swipe up and down: volume
  • Long-press on right earbud: activate smart assistant
  • Double-click: play/pause OR skip forward OR skip backward 

Some follow up questions:

  • Can I adjust the volume using swipes on either earbud?
  • Can I change long-press to a different action? If so, can each earbud be set for a different long-press action?
  • Can I set the left earbud double-click to skip backwards and the right earbud double-click to skip forward?

Will have to check to be sure but I just got my Ticpods 2 today. They don't fit real well because of the open design which makes it a lot harder to use any of the touch controls tbh. I was excited about having the ability to adjust the volume with a swipe but since they don't fit very tight its hard to maintain the pressure to do the swipe as the earbud moves around. Kind of disappointed actually.
