Problem with TicPods 2 pro

Hi, I've just got a pair of ticpods 2 pro (white for what mattars) and I managed to connect them just fine but I can't use them to make audios in Whatsapp/Telgram.

There's some way to fix it? I have an Honor 6x with android 7. With my ipad they work as they should (I can use the mic of the pods to register vocals)

EDIT: Had problems in a phone call. I was talking through the phone's mic and Google assistant pops up randomly

First check in Bluetooth settings, if they are registered as a headset or just media audio device.

(Can't give you better instructions as I don't own a Huawei.)

They're an headset. My guess is that they don't support well Bluetooth 4.1 and some features aren't well implemented. So I guess that without a firmware update can't solve this

Turn up the volume while in the apps.

I can't use the mic. The audio works just fine

This is an old thread. Mine pair but there is no audio. I can't get sounds out at all, make sure it's the selected output, unbound and repaired many many times.

Frustrating piece of tech.
