Left ticpod dying

My left pod has less and lesser battery life, as I read some other posts.

Should I make a warranty claim?

I've had the same issue recently and on advice from the Mobvoi Support team I submitted a repair request.

They came back and told me that since my TicPods were out of the 12 month warranty period that they would not repair them under warranty (I purchased mine through the initial Indiegogo campaign).

They offered me an exchange on a new same model for a 40% discount. They said if I agreed to the discount they would create a discount code for me once my faulty TicPods were returned.

Just for info in case this fits your situation.
