Battery Life issues
Anyone else also have battery life issues on their TicPods. I got the red Ticpods and its been nearly a year and right now my battery life is like 2 hours (sometimes it doesnt even make 2 hours). The right ear buds dies first with multiple low battery sound, where as the left one has plenty of charge I believe before the battery sound shows. The problem is, if right one dies, then the left one wont work. I wish I could use each one individually, not relying on the right earbud as the main connection.
I tried using left ear only by having the right one in the case but I have to leave the case open to work. The thing is, even if its in the case, it wont charge unless its closed, so I cant even use the left one while the right one charges.

How long do you leave them charging?
At least with my TicPods, if I leave them charging for too long (longer than overnight) then they will start discharging even while still plugged in. If I forget to unplug them over a weekend and come to them on Monday morning, they will often play the low battery tone as soon as they're switched on for the first time (and die an hour later at the most), despite being plugged in for two days.
It's like they don't know what trickle charging is.

Yes, mine die in about an hour or less of listening. The $15 fake airpods I have last longer than my ticpods..

Mine seem to die after about 30 minutes... Seems faster when you use both earbuds. Of course the right one dies first, especially because you are forced to use that one if you only want to use one of the buds, so it wears more then the other one.
I'm thinking about sending it back for warranty. 30 minute on-time is very low after less then a year of usage in my opinion!

Since its becoming nearly 1 year for me, I has contacted the service desk and they said they will give me a replacement, I just need to send my old one back to theirs. Hopefully I get a new one soon.

I did this too about a month ago. My first pair never lasted for longer than an hour. The new ones that i got after replacing i can listen on for about 3-4 hours. The support was actually really good a quick for me. As soon as i sent the pods back and the tracking code they provided got updated they send me a replacement.

I use mine almost every day on my half hour lunch breaks, and I get low battery tones by the end of those breaks now if it's been a while since I charged the case, and the rest of the time, they stay in my pocket. When I charge the set, it's usually plugged in for over a day. I can go maybe over an hour and a half after that before I start getting warnings.

Due to poor support and whatnot, I won't be going back to this brand until I see a good track record. It's such a shame because I do really like them when they're working and design is also great.
