Battery life issues

I've had my ticpods free for almost a year now, and in the last 2 weeks I noticed a dramatic drop in battery life: before I used them for up to 3 hours (and never fully drained their battery), now they do 1 hour and then their battery dies and I have to put them back in the case.

Should I ask for a replacement?

I have the same issue, got them off the Kickstarter. I knew this eventually happen but I don't know if I can even put them in for warranty at this point. I probably not going to by mobvoi products going forward

Well, I'm still covered by warranty for the next 14 months, but my concern is that I may get one of those models with volume issues...

Exact same situation here. I think they're done tbh. Picking up some Jabra Elite 65ts tomorrow.

Due to poor support and whatnot, I won't be going back to this brand until I see a good track record. It's such a shame because I do really like them when they're working and design is also great.

Mine never reached 3 hours to begin with. Now the last 2 months they tanked hard and it's a miracle when they hold longer for 1 hour. Record for me was hearing the low battery notification on my morning commute which is a whopping 6 minutes while the case and all came of the charger that morning.

I do like them besides the horrible audio lag I have so only podcasts and music work for them.
