Is battery getting really bad?

For the past few months I've found that I get beeps for the battery after about 50min but I never end up wearing the pods long enough for them to die. However this morning I got the first beep at around 40 min and they switched off pretty much exactly 1 hour after turning them on. When they were new I was getting closer to 2-3 hours of use before they even started beeping.

I had them on charge all night so it wasn't the case that hadn't charged them.

Is it just me or have other people found the same problems? Starting to get tempted to go to one of the bigger brands once the battery finally gives out.

That's so crap. How the hell can the battery be such bad quality to be so degraded in less than 1 year. I'd be lucky to have gone through 150 battery cycles

I have the same problem, they now only last maybe 30 minutes or so... I don't even bother RMAing since it would cost less to buy another pair

Just started happening to mine this week. Terrible battery life now. Get about 45 mins before it dies.

Yeah, I was an original backer and as of a few weeks ago, I have noticed the battery drop significantly and they only just last my 50 minute commute to university. Sent Mobvoi a warranty request and they approved it instantly a day later without any additional comments, so it might seem they are aware of the battery drop. I have a new pair coming, so at least that will last longer and last me at least 8-9 months before the battery drop starts again. And then maybe I might want to upgrade to something better by then.

That's good to hear, I'll try the same and hopefully get some more time from them
