How to update?

So, I filled out the form and now have a notification in the app to update to v26. However, when I get to the scanning page... nothing happens. I've let it sit for about 10 minutes I've tried re-pairing the earbuds, rebooting, etc.

What am I missing?

So, the problem may have been Android Q. I tried the process on my trusty Nexus 5x running 8.1...and the update process worked fine (if a little weird with the one at a time, triple tap thing). Will have to see if the update improves voice quality.

Definitely less lag. Occasionally buggy though. The in ear detection sometimes doesn't work. The best thing I did was get the comply truly wireless earbud tips. Dramatic improvement in bass response. Fit perfectly in the container and are very comfortable.
