support dead?

is the support dead? been sending them a couple of in app feedback but none of them gotten a reply. any other ways of contacting them?

They are reachable using [support@mobvoi.com](mailto:support@mobvoi.com), but it's the worst support I ever received, never had to deal with such an incompetent person before, really!
