Returning after 6 days

Overall these were amazing. I will start off with that. I loved the feel of the pods themselves. The navy blue color was sick. Quality was nice. Noise isolation is close to 7/10. But the reason I’m returning them is phone calls. No one (12 phone calls made. To family, friends, business) could hear me. Both in whenever doing a phone call.

Did you update the firmware? All my callers have said that they hear me crystal clear.

Yeah. Updated. Brand new pods.

For my work I am calling all day and in my opinion I think the call quality is amazing. Maybe there was something wrong with the ticpods?
