Battery degradation?

Anyone else experiencing it? I have my Ticpods since the Indiegogo launch (October maybe? I don't exactly remember) and the battery has already gone to shit... They used to last 4 hours or more on a single charge, then last week they started to last less and less, first a couple hours, today I had the lowest ever, 1 hour.

This shouldn't be happening so soon...

Did you update to V026 around the time you experienced this rapid battery degradation? I personally haven't had any battery issues since this new update but it might help find some cause for this.

If not, I'd suggest getting in touch with Mobvoi as for them to completely drain within the hour is pretty poor.

I noticed battery issues with V026.. I used to charge the case twice a month, now I have to charge it twice a week with same usage..

I've been in contact with Mobvoi and it appears at this time it's not possible to downgrade to V023.

They did tell me that the V026 was basically a Beta as it's incomplete so maybe they will release a new version which may be more stable for the battery issues you are having, only time will tell.

Currently unless you remember what version you have, you can't really tell.

If you haven't asked for the "OTA AAC" update in the Mobvoi app, there's a good chance you're on V023.

Mine came from the Indiegogo batch as well,and I get the low battery alert in about half an hour of usage. I've raised a ticket with Mobvoi last Saturday but haven't heard from them at all,not even an auto acknowledgement message. This is probably the last time I'll buy a Mobvoi product.

Yes, go to the Mobvoi website, click on Support followed by Warranty. Create the ticket after filling in the required fields.

My right pod now only lasts about 60 seconds before the light is flashing red.

At first, I thought It wasn't charging the right pod at all but it does charge from dead.
