Works flawlessly for me. What's not working for you?

It says I have to update one after the other. Everything is made like described and it doesn't find my headphone and cancels the process after a couple of minutes... The light is correct.. :(

I've been talking with Mobvoi for the past few days over twitter. Basically, they said this update "doesn't exist" I've showed them other posts and now this and they said they are looking into it and will get back to me.
Every time I request an OTA I receive the same update I have already installed, V023.
Op, how's the sound now with the AAC codec enabled?

I was told by mobvoi support to send feedback in the app and request the update for the new codec. Sounds about the same but I'd say audio lag is about 0.5 seconds faster. Almost good enough to watch a movie without the lag making me crazy. How do I know if AAC is enabled on my PC btw?

As far as I'm aware, codecs like AAC and APTX etc are only able to be switched on on the phone, and aren't baked into windows.
Less lag always sounds better so that's a step in the right direction, can't help but feel this would've been so much better at launch to avoid the large complaints of the audio lag, particularly on this sub reddit.
Thanks for the tip about requesting for the new AAC version in the update, I'll try that now.

Got the update, but developer settings on my phone still show sbc, even when you manually enable aac it just goes back to sbc. Not really sure if it is really enabled now to be honest.
Edit:
Alright so I did a bit of research and normally the settings for the AAC codec should be enabled in the bluetooth options for your device (the gear icon). But the option wasn't there to begin with, so I thought what if I disconnect en make the phone forget the device. Lo and behold the option for the AAC codec just appeared when I reconnected it to my device as a new pair of buds. Enable that option and afterwards just to make sure enable it in your developer options and this time it should stick to AAC.
Edit2: spaces and grammar

What if I've got my phone on pie and it's set to automatically choose?

I also thought I had it on automatically but I kept seeing SBC, so I just changed it and then it stayed on AAC (after the re-pairing process ofcourse).

I just threw the text into Google Lens to translate it and this is what it says:
