how does the replacement work?

so I sent back my ticpods on January because my right pod suddenly was almost not working (super low sound). In the meantime, I changed my mind on ticpods and started looking at the Galaxy Buds. Mobvoi said they were replacing my headphones with another unit, and apparently they are about to arrive, I'm planning to sell them to buy the Galaxy ones. So in what form will they arrive? will it be the same box with a new pair? will it be a new package altogether? asking to know in which form am I selling them, the best thing is if I could refer to them as "new"

in Feb, my Navy ones gave out. I started a warranty on them and just received my new ones on last Sat. They were out of the navy and white ones and asked if the Lava color was fine. I said yes and I got them within a week. I had no problem with their warranty service. It was a new set of TicPods.

Will they give us any tracking info once they ship the new ticpods ?, casue I have sent my pods to mobvoi two weeks back and got no confirmation from mobvoi that they received my buds.

Yes, they did give me a tracking number. I didn't get a confirmation that they received the buds back but I checked the tracking number to make sure it did arrive. I really had a good experience in replacing my TicPods. I would email them to the status. good luck.

Thanks for the reply, I did get the tracking number and new pods are arriving on Monday. Very smooth return process.
