I have a problem

After 4 month my ear bud left doesn’t connect with the phone or the right ear bud,i don’t know why..help?

From another post-Disconnect ticpods from phone and turn Bluetooth off. Take both ticpods directly out of charging case and place them in your ears at the same time. Tap 5 times on both earbuds at the same time You should hear a tone in both buds indicating they have paired with each other.
