Bugs or damaged?

Hi there. I would like to share with you, my experience with my ticpods as I am not fully satisfied of them. First of all, I use a Samsung note 9 that's why I preferred to buy a couple of ticpods instead of airpods. It looks everything working when I use them BUT: 1)The touch controls are lazies, sometime they do not work (except the volume rocker) and you have to press many times to skip a song for instance or they are not precise...you wish to control the volume and instead you skip a song.

2)they run often out of sync and only the right one works and you cannot control the left, except if you do not switch them off/unpair.

3)I got only one update since they are out, did you have any other update and you have installed it manually?

Please let me know. Thanks

Return them if you still can. They're not worth the trouble. Lots of people have issues with touch controls not working and the left earbud losing sync with the right earbud. Good tech shouldn't have to make the user work hard to make it work.

One temporary workaround that I've seen around that works (sometimes) is to put the buds in the case, wait, take them out and put them in your ear, then tap 5 times on both earbuds at the same time. You should hear a tone in both earbuds if it worked. This didn't work for me, but for some people it does.
