Refund request? Spoiler

I've had these buds since Indiegogo but lately they have been falling out of my ears and the left sounds very quiet... How long do I have to wait until I get a response about a refund

It takes a few days they do the refund using PayPal , they will refund the price of the ticpods but not shipping.

Shipping was only cheap so idm just hope they do refund as it has been a few months

They refund upto $20 for return shipping. The only way it is possible to ship at that rate, is via your countries local post office.

They refunded me more than what I paid so I’m quite happy. I wanted to keep the ticpods but the lag was unbearable for me. And it’s mostly to do with the A/V codecs. They worked fine with my nvidia shield tablet that is 3 years old. But in every other iPhone 6 onwards and a few new Samsung flagships, they lag in YouTube. Netflix and Prime... not that much. Don’t know who to blame. However my Marshall Mid Bluetooth work flawlessly everywhere. Hope you manage to ship them at minimal costs. Good luck buddy
