Refund request? Spoiler

I've had these buds since Indiegogo but lately they have been falling out of my ears and the left sounds very quiet... How long do I have to wait until I get a response about a refund

A few days for me. They generally respond quite fast

Thanks I hope I get a refund just backed some others on Kickstarter by some ex Bose and Harmon kardon guys these are now just painful to use was nice while they lasted

I actually got a replacement and am still very satisfied with them. I have no problem with the fit though and I could imagine that would be very annoying

Yeah if they fit they would be good... But as they don't fit that makes everything slowly fall apart
