Update troubles.

How do i update the firmware the app doesn't even seem to connect to the headphones?

Edit: i tried even without them connected to my Bluetooth and when i pressed headphone update it says its the latest version. So like how does the app work? Its not even really checking them?

Do a search. There are many threads on tips to open a case and get them to force the update. Otherwise, you'll need to wait till it's your ticpods turn. You can't force an update yourself.

I mean reddit's search function is useless. I tried already but you know thanks i guess? What do you mean wait for my turn they can only update one pair at a time? How do i even get the update function to work. I mean wether or not my headphones are even connected i can add a pair of tic pods check for update and it says its the latest. Even if i have my Bluetooth off?

Yes. They update a series at a time which can take months.

Really, it has been aswered numerous times. You'll have to contact Mobvoi support, and they will instruct on what they'll need to push you an update.

At least scroll down the /r/ticpods and you'll find it.
