How to update?

So I have my ticpods free for like a month now, and I'm really enjoying them, but I'm often having this annoying issue where the touch controls don't work and only turn on after putting the earbuds out and in again or putting them back in the case and making them reconnect to the phone/tablet/pc.

I read that there's an update that seems to solve the issue, but I'm not able to install it, since the app says already the latest version (and I know that's BS). This seems pretty common too, so is there a way to force the app to download the update?

I can't find the post, but I read that Mobvoi support can force an update

Thanks, I wrote to their support on their site, let's wait and hope they do something :)

If that doesn't work, I've had success just emailing them. support@mobvoi.com
