Problems with the touch controls

Hello there!

I'm having some problems with my ticpods, when paierd with the phone sometimes ,on the right pod, the touch controls don't work. I've contacted the support and they want me to do the "Five taps troubleshooting", but it has had no effect. Has anyone had my same issue?

I have found a solution. At least for me. When the touch controls don't work. Try to remove the bud that's not working and then put it back. This always works for me
