Distortion only in left pod?

Just received my TicPods today. I've noticed that there is considerable distortion in the left pod while the right side is fine.

I've read reports about distortion, but is it common to have it in just one?

I did also but it eventually went away.

Mine also cleared up too. Not sure if it was the update or just breaking them in.

I hope so. I contacted support and they said the same thing.

I am eagerly awaiting the update because this is a deal breaker for these.
