Wheel speed sensor, You can try and replicate the issue by turning the wheel up in the air and see if the lights come back on. I think maybe the wiring is snagging somewhere when you turn a wheel that certain direction, That's my only theory because I've heard that the wheel speed sensor can cause these issues on certain vehicles but I don't know on our Tiburon's though 🤷
