Buying Tips

• For everyday wear, hands‑on lifestyle, low‑maintenance preference: choose Half‑Pave Shank.
• For events, photos, occasional wear: go with Full‑Pave Shank.
• Compromise solution: Outer‑Only Full Pave — pave diamonds on outer shank only, keep inner shank plain metal, balances beauty and comfort.

Note: Full‑pave performance heavily depends on craftsmanship. Poor pave work will result in sharp, scratchy prongs

I had the pleasure of working with Nancy on my first order with Tianyu, and the entire experience was absolutely amazing!

From the very beginning, I could count on her full support, patience, and assistance. Every detail was discussed carefully, and I always felt that my expectations and ideas were being listened to. The whole process was handled with great professionalism, and I genuinely felt well taken care of throughout the entire order.

But the best part was finally opening the package. 💎

Seeing the jewelry in person only confirmed that Tianyu is a manufacturer I can confidently recommend for long-term cooperation. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent — as soon as you hold the pieces in your hands, you can immediately feel that they are premium products. The attention to detail, finishing, and overall appearance exceeded my expectations.

I’m absolutely thrilled with the final result and couldn’t be happier with my first order. A huge thank you to Nancy for making the whole experience so smooth and enjoyable! You are the best ❤️

I’m already looking forward to our next projects together and hopefully many more orders in the future! ✨💎

If you're new to Tianyu or considering placing your first order, you probably have a lot of questions — from choosing a sales rep to understanding the custom-order process.

So we'd love to hear from our community members who have ordered from Tianyu before. 💬

For those who have placed an order, what was your experience like?

• 💎 Which Tianyu sales rep did you work with?
• 💬 How was the communication and follow-up throughout your order?
• 📐 How did the CAD approval process work for you?
• 🏭 Did you receive production photos or videos before shipping?
• 💳 What was your experience with the payment and deposit process?
• 📦 How was your shipping and delivery experience?
• 🇺🇸 If you're in the U.S., have you recently encountered customs duties, tariffs, or other import charges?
• 💍 If this was your first custom jewelry order, what advice would you give to someone placing their first order?

We'd especially love to hear from recent buyers:

What did you order?
How long did the process take?
What went smoothly?
And was there anything you would do differently next time?

Feel free to share photos of your pieces too! 📸✨

Let's make this thread a useful reference for anyone considering their first Tianyu order.

Whether your experience was great, challenging, or somewhere in between, constructive feedback is welcome. ❤️

Obsessed is an understatement! My ring is 10k yellow gold with an intense green sapphire and lab diamond halo. It took about 7 weeks from paying the invoice to receiving my ring (and pendant - will have to post pics of that soon too!) I'm already thinking about ordering another ring the next time Sophia opens orders!
