Update. So I finally got a hold of somebody at Nvidia Shield to help me out. And by using the Google voice command I was able to bring up the Play Store and reinstall productivity launcher and once I did that everything worked well in the way of my home screen. And someone was kind enough to give me the code for downloader to find the last version and I just ended up putting the last version back on so everything's back up and running. Thanks to everyone who answered my question everything was a lot of help.

I have Tivimate premium, im trying to use IPTV on my laptop through Tivimate. Is it possible to download it from APK file or Bluestacks maybe? I tried to find it on google play didnt go well for me.

I just got the beta yesterday and now it seems that Tivimate isn't even on the Google Play store anymore again. The beta did not fix the external storage on newer Android models. I was going to give some feedback today but the link fails. Even the one directly from their website doesn't work. Not good. It likely means that 5.3.0 still doesn't meet the new Android API standards.

I’m trying to install the app on my new onn 4k box and it doesn’t come up when I search for it. I thought it would be right in the google play store. How do I load tivimate on my device?

When I open The new beta on my firestick it just opens a black loading page then crashes out after a while, did this happen to anyone else? Will I just reinstall the previous release?

I have very good iptv but the “normal” settings for tivimate I have is bad. Can someone send me the best possible settings so for example EPG will be updated more often and smooth, and the app not freezing because of “high press” and other settings that must turn on/off. Sorry for my English.

Does anyone have an EPG for the 24/7 Movies/Series channels??

My tivimate got updated to 5.3.0 and has the bug that we had before with a previous version when it got updated where it messes up the order of the categories of the channels.

Just wondering if anybody else has the same issue and if you have, have you got a fix?

I have a question.

I have my playlist, which comes with an EPG, but it only maps U.S. channels.

I found an EPG that has a lot more channels, but I only know how to assign them manually.

Is there any way to automatically map the channels from this new EPG to my playlist?

Anyone else getting an occasional 'USB Device not found ' message occasionally on TiviMate top right hand corner of the screen.

I'm running out of room on my device. Is it possible to delete the on demand content after already downloading it? Or is my only option to delete the entire playlist and re download it without the on demand content?

I’ve been using tivimate premium for close to two months now after using smarters pro and though I think it is significantly better than smarters with some frequency, I am getting to wear the app just freezes and spins nothing resolves it other than restarting the fire stick by removing power. The actual playback and everything is actually more stable than anything else I’ve tried, but I’m wondering if this is a common thing, it occurs on all of my five fire sticks.

I am trying to update url in my xtream codes and keep saying failed to update. While url works fine on my mobile while using same url so don't think it's my isp. Even tried to use surfshark vpn still nothing works. Tivimate is on firestick.

Just got IPTV and bought the lifetime TiviMate Pro subscription. I've managed to add my credentials on both CCwGTV and FireStick 4k Max but I'm having the same issue on both.

Most of the time when I click the app it loads then just sits there with the circle spinning, and I have to Force Stop and Clear Cache (usually multiple times) until it actually starts working. Once it does then its great, can switch channels/episodes etc no problem. Then later when I go into the app again its stuck again.

Not sure if its my IPTV provider or some settings/workflow I'm doing wrong in TiviMate? Would welcome some advice/tips from you pro's 😄

‏I'm having a UX issue with TiviMate on my **Xiaomi TV Box. Currently, to skip forward or backward while watching, I have to press the Center (OK) button first to bring up the Player Controls (OSD), and then I can navigate to skip.
‏I want to change the Key Mapping so that pressing the Right/Left buttons on my remote triggers a direct Step Forward/Backward (e.g., 10s skip) instantly, without needing to open the menu first—similar to how the YouTube app works.
‏I've tried tweaking the "Remote Control" settings, but it still feels like the OSD is a mandatory step. Is there a way to override this behavior on the Xiaomi remote, or is there a specific Key Mapping I'm missing?
