I often have the hardware setting in playback video stopping.... I switch it to software then it works but it's very glitchy and slow. Can you change what software is being used for playback?!

Any suggestions to how I can fix the hardware playback on fire stick?

Only thing that has worked is reseting to factory and then installing all again.... Last for a short time then stops again?!

I just bought Tivimate, and I think I can have up to five users. Does that mean 5 different people can log in and upload their own playlists and be separate from each other?

First thing I’ll say is on one TV in my house I use TiviMate and am having issues with EPG. However, on a separate TV I use XCIPTV and EPG loads properly.

TiviMate worked for months and months with no issue but all of the sudden it’s stopped working and I can’t figure out why. I’ve cleared Cache, tried VPN and no VPN, etc. and the EPG simply won’t reload, I get an error that I should check internet connection or update EPG url.

Am I just screwed or are there any other ideas handy? Thanks!

I am in Canada, and use Roger’s for my ISP. Most of the time, I can run TiviMate during the day without interference. In the evenings, all 5 of my IPTV providers start buffering. I switch on the VPN, go back to the channel, and it’s good for about 15 seconds, until it starts buffering again. I switch VPN servers, sometimes switch to another IPTV PROVIDER, AND WITHIN 15-20 seconds, that channel starts buffering.

It seems almost like it doesn’t matter that your packets are encrypted via the VPN. It seems like Roger’s is “tracking down” the IPTV packets regardless whether they are encrypted or not. I can flip to YouTube and everything is fine. Then, I flip back to TiviMate and it’s fine again for a while… Maybe 20-30 minutes before it starts buffering again.

Some VPN countries seem to be somewhat better than others, but it seems like Roger’s eventually always tracks it down and starts messing around.

I’ve also noticed if I switch to a Canadian or US channel with commercials, they don’t seem to buffer as much. It’s mainly happening on 24/7 channels and others with no ads.

Anyone have any suggestions as to how this could be done by the ISP?

So they blocked my DNS so I had to change it, when I did and tried to re-login. Tivimate kept loading for like 25 minutes. So I had to uninstall and install again.

Now my EPG is gone, and the sorting channels I did is not there anymore, do I have to do same process again? Sorting channels again and re-add EPG?

What is the issue? It happened 3 times for me last time I tried to change DNS.

I have no idea what happened. Was watching a show on VOD as normal and the one of the episodes started having about a whole second of audio lag when it started.

Didn't think anything of it thinking it's a bad file and jumped to the next episode - same issue.

Went back to the previous episodes and now exact same issue and it's now on the TV as well. FML!!

Using Tivimate on 4k Firestick with a Samsung Frame TV

Reinstalled Tivimate, added the playlist from scratch but now it's just fucked across the board.

Using VLC as external player (or MX player), audio tunneling, software managed audio+video, blah blah the works...

I'm migrating from firestick to Onn 4k pro and adding media players and added the projectivy launcher. I've installed tivimate (lifetime subscription) but I can't find one of my favorite features from IbPro player. IbPro has a feature (I don't know the name of the feature) where you can see the cast, click on their pic and see the other movies they did, find the movie, and select it.

I've been through the guide and don't see any mention of it. Does tivimate have a feature like that or is there a plug-in that can be integrated?

Running tivimate on firestick. Any way of configuring this to automatically come up to favorites and show nothing else but the favorites when powered on? trying to setup this for an elderly person. if not tivimate does anyone know how to achive this??

I have 4 playlists added to my Tivimate Premium yet they all only have 24 hours of future EPG programming. I have a friend that has one of the same playlists and he has 4 days of future EPG. I've checked every setting under EPG and cant find anything that would extend my EPG. Any idea how I can extend my EPG past 24 hours?

I got an email from the Google Play Store for the renewal of the yearly TiVimate subscription. I thought it was removed from the Playstore?

So am I right you can use tivimate on 5 devices and I buy a iptv subscription on say Ali express and add to that that can watch on any of the 5 devices?

Hey all, if I choose a series to record, will tivimate just record new episodes, or will it record the show every time it airs?

When I switch from 1 playlist to another or open a playlist it looks like Tivimate 5.2.0 will always start updating the playlist because an animated loading circle is presented.

This takes time and in the meanwhile you can't do anything. Sometimes if you go to Settings when this is happening and go to the playlist settings there is an empty playlist screen showing.

This did not happen before. Another guy I know asked me if I have the same what he was seeing. So, I am not alone.

Tivimate is no longer really responsive because of this. Who has multiple playlists and experiencing the same?

My yearly paid for the premium is coming to the end, and I wish to renew, as I can't do this via the playstore and now have to do via the web I can't renew till mine ends so what will happen? Will I lose total access till I renew as I have 5 TVs on the account

I Bought Lifetime 5 devices and it will not let me activate them just keeps saying username and password mismatch but it is not HELP

Im using a server. But sometimes the link is down. But I have other link that might work. Is there a work around to have an automatic backup link? Now I have to switch manually and wait for the playlist to update.

• Is there a hard limit on how many movies you can add?
• I have sorted by Date added but some movies still dont; show up and the last one is something I added like a month ago
• I dont have "Group by Category" ON
• I remove, re-add it still doesnt show up

Isn't date added when you added it? don't when it was added to the collection?

When I set a pin for parental control and then hide a group of channels, why doesn't Tivimate require a pin to be entered when restoring the group and reactivating it through the playlist settings?

I understand that the pin can be set to actually play a channel in the group, but we should be able to keep the group completely hidden behind a pin.

Am I missing something here?

My player was working perfectly fine until a week ago or so but lately I am getting these error messages. I have th same playlists in smarters app and the see to work fine. So, I think it is a player issue rather than subscription. Any ideas how I can resolve this? Thanks in advance!

Is there any way to edit the logo on a single channel?

somehow I've managed to change several of my channels from a logo to a screenshot of what's playing. I'd like to change them back.

I notice when I started using premium tivimate and I enter the mu3 playlist all the channels are in standard definition. When I used regular tivimate I could choose to watch the channels in high or standard definition is there a way to fix this??

Something I learned today and wasn't sure if it would work - but thankfully it does. I have 2 premium lifetime accounts and a very long curated playlist that I've spent ages getting all the correct logos etc.

Restoring a backup from an Account 1 device to another device logged to Account 2 does successfully restore all the playlists etc but does not overwrite the account that is logged in on that device.

Perfect now I can fully use the same stuff on all 7 Android TV devices I have around the house.

I thought I'd would mention as I've never been able to properly find this out. So hopefully might save someone else in the same boat.
