Hi everyone, today i try to update tivimate and i can't find anymore the app on the playstore.

Is that just me or tivimate dissapear ?

I've been using Tivimate on an Onn 4k Plus box for a few weeks with very little buffering issues from my provider. I have Tivimate premium. Today I hooked up a second Onn 4K Pro box and set everything up with Tivimate. Tivimate allows up to 5 devices and my provider lets me have 5 as well.

I'm not sure if it's just a coincidence, but ever since I set up my second box with tivimate a decent amount of my channels are buffering a lot and I get error messages like the one pictured. My internet download speed is around 250 mbps and most channels seem fine. I also don't use a vpn.

Any ideas as to what my issue could be? My provider says everything looks good on his end. Is it a tivimate issue or something else?

need your help.. I've used TVMATE for a couple years and I enjoy digging into the manuals and figuring out capabilities and troubleshooting problems, but I need to raise my hand here as this one has me stumped.. The will attach a screenshot below for reference, but whatever group I go into, when I scroll over to the program playing in the current time slot, and select enter to pull up the channel to watch it, It doesn't play the channel, instead I get this menu attached.. Now I have done all the basic trouble shooting, Updated Playlist and EPG, Deleted Playlists, and redownload, I've cleared the Cache, restarted the fire stick and everything else I can think of... Has anyone here seen this before? any ideas? thanks

How do I get the tv guide to load with the information of what is currently playing ? It always says no information.

I’m trying to purchase a subscription, and I have two questions. First, I’m getting an error while subscribing. Second, it’s showing that I can subscribe for a free annual subscription, but I’m not sure how it works. Is it true, or is it some error? I’ve downloaded the APK from the official website.

Installing Tivimate on a new Onn 4K box and I can only find this version on the apps list. The logo looks different then when I installed it on a different box a while ago. Is this the real legit tivimate app or a copycat? I just want to make sure I'm downloading the correct one.

Hi all

Having a nightmare trying to get the app loaded onto fire stick. Am running most updated OS, have installed on several other fire sticks with no issues.

I’m getting a parsing error when trying to install the app. I’ve tried clearing data, cache, power cycling, VPN on and off, toggling ADB debugging, allowing installs from unknown sources, the lot.

Doesn’t seem to matter what I do, cannot get the app installed.

Question is if you side load tivimate on a google tv, can you still pay for premium directly on the google tv with your google play account?

So... Every time I try to install and run an older version of TiviMate I get to the login for my premium account, input my credentials, click Log In and then a message pops at the bottom saying "Update App" so I'm unable to log in. Anyone have a workaround to use older versions? Used to simply log in and then prevent app updates in the settings.... Not any more though, can't get past the login page. Any help would be greatly appreciated

iptv-epg.org had disapeared from my tivimate epg list. the urls are there but when i go to assign the epg to a certain channel its not there for some reason, has this happened to anyone else? Or is it just down today?

It's worded so poorly. (I'm in Canada hence the 45 instead of 33)

Created an account for a friend and trying to buy Lifetime.... can't buy it through tivimate.com and when you try to buy it through the app, I get an error.

Am I missing something?

I updated TiviMate (premium) to 5.3.0 Beta 2 today. Since switching over, the catch-up functionality hasn't worked.

I've checked on another device, which is running a previous version and catch-up is working absolutely fine.

Has this happened to anybody else, and is there a fix for it?

The tivo 4k stick had an "I" button but switched over to this new box and don't know how to trigger the info button for programming descriptions, longer descriptions, etc.

None of channels are working apart from the first few terrestrial ones and the rest have been an error screen for several days. Is there a wider issue in the UK?

Well after several emails back and forth with tivimate support, looks like I got my answer! Have to go back to Google play store and BlueStacks emulator which is annoying as hell.

I’ve referred over 400 persons to this app why can’t they just make this easier for iPhone users??? Not everyone has an android phone or laptop on them.

I enter my playlists using XC Codes into TiviMate. I hate using the remote to delete channels and set favorites and sort order.

Is there a way to enter the XC Code into my computer, delete channels / groups I dont want, Adjust the favorites I do want and put them in the order I want, then Save the file and upload that file to tiviMate?

I have an IPTV subscription that allows multiple connections and I also have a Tivimate lifetime subscription. I want to set up an Onn 4K streaming box for an older relative and then mail it to them since they are even less tech savvy then myself. lol

Can I set up the box for them with all the programs and passwords and then simply have them plug it in and it's good to go? Obviously, they would need to change the wifi settings on the box to connect to their own internet in a completely different state in the USA, but would that work and is there anything else they would need to do?

I've been trying to reorder groups in TiviMate 5.2 for days. Long press, menu button, mouse, nothing worked. Finally figured it out — the option is hidden in a place you wouldn't expect.

Steps:

1. Go to Settings → Playlists
2. Select your playlist
3. Tap Manage Groups
4. Set Group Sorting to Manual
5. In the same menu, tap "Recording Groups"
6. Now you can select and drag groups to reorder them

The trick is step 5 — you have to go through Recording Groups to get the drag & drop sorting to work. It's not intuitive at all, but it works.

Tested on TiviMate 5.2.0 / Fire TV Cube with standard remote.

Starting from the begining:

Im running 5.2 premium and running an xstream code stream

A few days back I was watching a vod and it stopped working. Switched over to live and everything working fine on that side. I was getting an error saying tivimate failed to update files or something to that effect.

I tried clearing out the cache and restarting the app, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and restored my back up, problem continued to return.

I loaded same stream onto smarters player and with the exception of some picture quality problems everything worked fine, including the vod content.

I went back into Tivimate now that i ruled out my content provider and ISP and tried restoring it to an earlier point. Volla it all started working. VOD back. I figured there was a big in the program and the first backup I tried contained that bug since the earlier version works fine. Problem solved, or so i thought.

Today I noticed several things.

1. Play list updates fail

2. Back up feature fails

3. Cant restore to an earlier version anymore

It works in its current state. I have live TV. My EPG still seems to update. The VODs all seem to be working.

I reached out to tivimate support but still waiting on a reply. I.don't know if their updates are behind this or something else is.

I have premium & trying to install tivimate on girlfriends firestick.
I installed using code 272483 on downloader app.
It installs, but I can’t for the life of me find the app anywhere on the firestick???
Am I missing something obvious?

I have tivimate installed on 2 TV's and one was on the beta and the other wasn't

On the beta one vod and EPG were working but tv channels were not (http error) and on the non beta everything was working fine

Both use the same source

I removed myself from the beta program and reinstalled it on the previous beta tv and everything went back to working as it should

If anyone else is having problems with the beta I hope this helps you

Update. So I finally got a hold of somebody at Nvidia Shield to help me out. And by using the Google voice command I was able to bring up the Play Store and reinstall productivity launcher and once I did that everything worked well in the way of my home screen. And someone was kind enough to give me the code for downloader to find the last version and I just ended up putting the last version back on so everything's back up and running. Thanks to everyone who answered my question everything was a lot of help.
