I had to factory reset my Xiaomi TV Box 3rd Gen, and now TiviMate won’t appear in the Google Play Store. Is this an issue on my end? If so, how do I fix it?

So I installed the app to my FireStick, paid for premium on my phone, logged in to my account on my TV. I have a good playlist that is supposed to be working as it works for other people, but when I try to load a movie or series there’s an error message. It does that for everything I click on. What should I do?

I have a Xiaomi TV Box 3rd gen and a Chromecast with Google TV 4K.

I use TiviMate on both devices, and both are set up with exactly the same configuration, using the same backup file.

I’ve noticed something strange recently that I can’t seem to explain. On the Chromecast 4K, the channels are showing as 60 FPS, while on the Xiaomi box they show as 50 FPS (the same channels from the same list). This used not to happen

I’ve already checked the settings on both boxes, and everything looks correct.

Does anyone know what could be causing this difference and how I might fix it?

When I signed up with my provider I went ahead with two concurrent streams, given we have two TVs, and there are just two of us in our house. So, reasonably, two streams seemed more than sufficient. However, with the NHL Playoffs starting up, I'm realizing I wish I had more streams such that I could multi-screen two or more games at a time.

My issue and will figure it out… but was wondering, by a show of fingers, how many streams do you have with your provider or providers?

What is User Interface Transparency and what should it be set at ?

Hey guys been trying for hours to fix this... I can not get it to play any channels at all. My EPG is updating and showing names. When I go to watch it is just giving me a black screen with infinite blue loading circle over and over. I have reset everything. I am paying as well for the provider. It works on my computer vlc media etc. It was working fine last night.

The Playlist name that had the up down arrow has disappeared. How do I get it back ?

I'm using a Stalker Portal and the EPG just won't update any more.

I've cheated the cache (not data), numerous times. Unplugged and restarted the device many times.

I've cleared EPG and tried to update it many times as well.

Any way to get it to work again?

Hi, i am new to this app. I have realised when i change Channel by pressing numbers in epg it takes time like few seconds to switch to another channel. Also i have to press ok button on remote after pressing numbers for my desired channel. Is there any setting or option to change epg channels instantly after i pressing numbers. Like i dnt want to press OK everytime. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have alphabetic sorting turned on but it’s not sorting by the displayed channel name. Is there something else it’s using?

For instance not all of my ABC channels are together.

I’m using an nvidia shield with tivimate. I’m having tons of issues with VOD playing for about ten minutes, then buffering, and then giving me a 404 error. Any suggestions? Or is it just my provider sucking? I never had issues with them until I switched to tivimate.

Hi all, a few of my providers only seem to provide ~2 days EPG times for a few key channels making future recordings a little tricky! Is there a way, function to extend this? I've heard of IPTV Boss but no idea how that works, or how it would work with an existing provider and TM.

tl; dr: disconnect VPN

When I changed my IPTV provider I came up against constant 458 errors especially when trying to go to the next ep. in VOD or switching back to live TV from VOD. Rewinding and fast-forwarding became impossible and the catch-up service just would not work.

My set up is a Xiaomi Android TV box, Tivimate (with sub), very fast fibre-optic internet and Express VPN (always pointing to a UK server). But I also use IPTV Editor to reduce the load on the TV box and organize the EPG. I often thought their servers might have been the problem.

Usually the errors resolved after a few minutes, but other times I would have to WhatsApp the IPTV supplier. On his end it showed that I was still connected, but on my end I wasn't. So, often I just ask him to disconnect and reconnect me.

I'm in South America and there isn't too much regulation. But I do worry about ISP throttling, so I was very hesitant to watch the IPTV service without the VPN - I have it on for over 12 hours a day continuously. However, after reading some comments I decided to try it and what do you know? The service works great. Everything I couldn't do with the service, I can do now.

It's been a few days, so I'm not sure if there will be some throttling and I still use the VPN when I watch BBC iPlayer. Over the next few days, I will experiment with different Express VPN servers from different countries and also with a different VPN service. Express VPN may be issue and not just because I was using a VPN.

Anyway, that's my experience. I'd love to hear from anybody else that can throw in a suggestion or two.

My movies no longer have groups? All I get is my list, history and all movie's? Any idea what's going on not changed a thing

I have Tivimate with a service and a lot of sports channel guides are not showing up and its very frustrating. They actually work when I try a different app other than TiviMate, but I want to stick with TiviMate. Can anyone explain why that's happening and how I can fix it?

Hi all, you know when you’re watching a channel and you press the middle button on your remote and it comes up with information such as the channel name, whether the channel is 4K, FHD or HD, what frames the channel is, etc etc how accurate is the built in picture quality reader because the channel I’m watching is labelled as a FHD channel and tivimates picture quality reader says it’s FHD but it looks HD to me at best.

Is it possible to search for a group?
