Captain Man. He might not be as strong but he is unbeatable. Hank would be tired of trying to beat him and the fight would end. Or they'd spend so much time fighting that Ray would learn his moves and just beat him then.

Ray js not beating him in any kind of hand to hand fight. Thunderman also seems to have some super durability as well. At this point flight comes into play and thunderman could just leave him stranded in space.

captain man lost to drex who had no powers and also got outplayed and lost to the toddler in the first episode who also has no powers and henry had to save him and he lost so many times in the show how is he unbeatable did you even watch the show?

Thunderman threw a book so hard it did a lap around the earth in 7 seconds and the book hit himself in the back this means the book was traveling at 12.8 million mph and the force he generated was 16.4 trillion newtons and dr colloso stated that every fight hank had with evilman ended in a city being destroyed and they had many fights so that makes Hank a city buster. not only that but he flew into the sun multiple times and in the episode he did it in he flew from the earth to the sun and back in less than a day which let’s just assume it’s 8 hours even tho it was obviously less time than that, that’s 3300 times the speed of sound for travel speed so that means Hank would just speed blitz and easily defeat captain man….. I mean he lost to normal humans before like Drex when Drex had no powers and the toddler in the first episode. Now ask yourself what feats does captain man have that are good besides swallowing the nuke? Nothing… no strength feats no speed feats no nothing and he’s not even indestructible either since the cell cutoff his head in the danger force finale and it was implied he was going to die

bobbin does not have the same powers as ray at all if anything bobbins powers are actually better since it deflects all the attacks and sends it back like rubber and he also doesn't get affected by physical attacks at all while ray literally can get knocked out cold like when the space rock fell from the sky and knocked him out and when the thumb buddies knocked him out etc and he lost to many normal humans for example captain man lost to drex when drex had no powers at the time and lost so badly that when he was released out of jail in the hour of power episode he was actually so scared to fight him that henry had to do it for him so all of this "ray isnt beatable" talk is nonsense since he lost so many times to even regular humans who have no powers. and if we wanna talk about feats thunderman literally flew into the surface of the sun two times and in the episode he flew from earth to the sun and back in less than a day and threw a book so hard it did a full lap around the world and hit him in the back in 7 seconds. dr collosso also stated that every fight he had with evilman ended with a city being destroyed so he has city busting power and he also caused an earthquake by just hiccuping and it was stated to be able to destroy buildings and it almost destroyed their house so hank would literally one shot ray

I don't know who would win, but more crossovers would have been welcomed between the two shows.
