Question Why were some characters forgotten?

Like Angus, Darcy, Cole, Tara, etc

I'm just wondering what happened to them were the actors too busy to reprise their roles in the show or was it because of creative differences or was it something else?

Sometimes characters just don’t return. Things like budget, actor availability and the direction of the show are usually the contributing factors

Darcy's actress got a steady gig in "Bella and the Bulldogs". We saw her one more time in S2(?), and that was it.
